You can access the feedback right from the home page of the Kerro app, in the Surveys section. A new survey appears every month – so you can provide timely feedback every month. The survey opens at the beginning of the month and is valid for about two weeks, until the middle of the month.
We hope for feedback on your good and worse experiences. This will eliminate the deficiencies found and to develop the level of cleaning and property management. We also get valuable information on what is particularly good in your house.
