The maintenance company is responsible for the upkeep of your apartment and building. Please notify the maintenance company of all repair needs related to your apartment, building, and property, as well as the condition of the yard, by submitting a maintenance request through the fault reporting website.

Please contact the maintenance company, for example, if

  • your apartment is too cold or too hot
  • a faucet or drain is leaking
  • you have left your keys at home and need the door opened
  • there is a fault with the refrigerator or stove in the apartment
  • the waste shelter is untidy
  • the yard area needs cleaning
  • and for all other matters requiring maintenance. We encourage our residents to actively submit maintenance requests.

However, if your matter is urgent (e.g., water leaks or door openings), please call the maintenance company directly.
