In all of our leases starting on or after 1.8.2021, the ban on smoking is expanded so that smoking is prohibited throughout the property, ie its apartments, in the balconies, in common areas and in the area of ​​the site, with the exception of a separately marked smoking site.

The leases in force will not be changed as the ban on the ban.

The expansion of the prohibition only applies to new agreements, so residents of the same house may have leases where the smoking ban is different or smoking is not prohibited. The sites completed before 2017 are not completely non -smoking. In this way, we move gradually except for smoking sites marked on non -smoking properties.

Smoking restrictions also apply to electronic tobacco.

If the smoking ban recorded in the lease is not followed, this is a breach of contract, which may even lead to the termination of the lease.

Construction of Smoking Places


To improve the comfort of living, we are designing smoking sites in the courtyards of our residential buildings.

During the spring and summer 2021, we will identify what kind of smoking site can be placed in each property and whether it is necessary for residents. Residents 'involvement in the design is carried out in the commenting round of the residents' committees.

The construction of smoking sites will be carried out during the rest of the year.


Regardless of the nature of the lease agreement, we hope our residents take into account the disadvantages of tobacco smoke to neighbors and neighbors!
