Who are you and where do you come from?

I am Katri Kaukinen and I am from Helsinki.

I have worked for over 10 years in various roles within the real estate sector. Most recently, before joining this company, I served as a Service Manager for several years at a company providing property management and maintenance services. I have gained extensive experience and expertise in what customers of real estate companies expect from services. However, the most important lesson I have learned over these years is that all apartments are homes, and this gives great meaning to my work.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, specializing in HR and management. Alongside my work, I have also completed a professional qualification in property management and a rental agent qualification.

Customer relationship management – what is most important today?

Customer relationship management is about cooperation and interaction. One of our company’s most important values is community, and I believe its significance has grown tremendously in recent years. The better we know our customers, the better solutions we can offer them.

Your goals as Customer Relations Director – how do you intend to develop customer relationships?

In my opinion, the most significant aspect of customer relationship management is a holistic approach. The customer experience is formed by the functionality of all the company’s operations. Therefore, when building a successful customer relationship, it is crucial to identify all contributing factors.

In development work, in addition to merely solving problems, I want to find ways to exceed customer expectations, strengthen the customer’s positive image of the company, and provide added value to the customer through our actions.
