We are looking for a customer-oriented rental negotiator.
Setlementtiasunnot Oy, founded in 2000, is a community builder, a versatile provider of housing services, and a producer of socially sustainable housing. Currently, we have 20 rental properties, slightly over 1800 homes, and approximately 2000 residents in seven different cities. We offer our residents the opportunity to live responsibly. We are looking for a skilled rental negotiator to find homes for people. Your duties include mediating ARA rental apartments, processing housing applications, drafting rental agreements, and other services during the tenancy. You will work in close cooperation with the housing coordinator team.
The person we are looking for has:
- experience in rental brokerage tasks. Knowledge of ARA rental apartments is considered an advantage.
- relevant education for the position. We value VuT, LVV, or LKV qualifications.
- strong team player skills, but also good prerequisites for independent work.
- good organizational skills and the ability to manage complex entities.
- a proactive, customer-oriented attitude and a desire to work towards common goals.
- fluent IT skills and readiness.
