Who are you and where do you come from?

I'm Katri Kaukinen and I come from Helsinki.

I have been in a variety of real estate roles for over 10 years. Most recently before coming here, I worked as a service manager for a company providing hosting and property maintenance services for several years. I have gained extensive experience and expertise as to what real estate business clients need from services. However, the most important doctrine I have received from these years is that all the apartments are homes and it gives me a great meaning.

From my education, I am a Bachelor of Business Administration and focused on HR and leadership. In addition to work, I have also completed a professional qualification in property manager and a tenant examination.

Customer Care - What is the most important thing today?

Customer relationship management is a collaboration and interaction. One of the most important values ​​of our company is community spirit and I feel this importance has increased tremendously in recent years. The better we know our customers, the better the solutions we can offer them.

Your goal as Customer Relationship Director - How do you want to develop customer relationships?

I think the most important in managing customer relationships is holistic thinking. The customer experience consists of all the functionality of the company's functions. Therefore, when building a successful customer relationship, it is important to identify all the factors affecting it.

In addition to solving problem areas in development work, I want to find steps where the customer's expectations are exceeded and reinforces the customer's positive image of the company and adds value to the customer through their own actions.
