Changes will be made to our services starting from January 1, 2023:
The housing coordinators’ phone service is open on Mondays and Thursdays from 9 AM to 12 PM. Scheduled on-site duty will be discontinued, and going forward, visits to the properties will be made flexibly as needed.
Customer service is open from Monday to Thursday from 9 AM to 12 PM, and on the first and last weekday of each month from 9 AM to 4 PM. We will continue to receive customers by appointment at the Sturenkatu office. Electronic services, such as property maintenance requests and building emails, are available as usual. We kindly ask that contact requests, sauna slot and parking space inquiries, and key orders be made by email.
The goal is to develop electronic services in the future so that transactions remain smooth regardless of the time of day. However, as not everyone has access to digital services, we will continue to consider the importance of phone service.
