There will be changes to our services from January 1st, 2023:
The living service coordinators’ telephone service is open on Mondays and Thursdays from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. Calendared on-call at buildings will be given up, and in the future buildings will be visited flexibly as needed.
Customer service is open from Monday to Thursday from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and on the first and last weekday of the month from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. At the Sturenkatu office, we will continue to see customers by appointment. Digital services, such as maintenance requests and buildings e-mails, are in use as usual. Contact requests, sauna shift and parking space inquiries, as well as key orders, are requested to be made by e-mail.
In the future, the goal is to develop digital services so that taking contact remains smooth regardless of the time of day. Since not everyone is reachable by digital services, the importance of telephone services remains.
