Setlement homes are preparing in close cooperation with the residents' committees to introduce the rental system for 2025.
The resident will benefit from a functional rental equilibrium system, as this will make the rental cost more moderate and better prepare for renovations. The amount of rent is influenced, for example, by the age and location of the house, services and the properties of the dwelling, such as cooling or balcony.
ARA recommends that the capital expenses be balanced and the treatment expenditure is determined on a house or by rental unit. In this way, the setting homes also intend to implement the equalization system. Houses may continue to influence the cost of the cost of their own property, such as waste management or water consumption.
During the spring, we organize 3 workshops online, invited to all members of the resident committee. The workshops will look more closely at the creation of an equalization system and have a close dialogue on the factors and weight factors that affect rent.
