Our company has put out to tender the property management contracts for the buildings during the summer. The tendering process has now been completed. The new property management contracts apply to all of our buildings except for the buildings at Kutterikuja 2-4 in Joensuu and Hermannin rantatie 17 in Verkkosaari.
In the future, property management will be handled by regional operators. Each city in which the company operates will form its own property management area. Helsinki is also divided into a southern and northern zone, meaning there are two areas.

We know that there have been problems and that restoring a good quality level requires effort. We are ready for this, says Sami Ylenius .
The new property management contracts will start on October 1, 2025, and more detailed information about the partners will be published during September. Residents will also see the change in the contact information of the maintenance companies. Each property will receive up-to-date contact information before the contract starts.
