Life situations change, and your home may need an update. As a resident of settlement apartments, you have the opportunity to apply for a home exchange after you have lived in your current home for at least six months.
You can apply for a change, for example if your family size increases or if you move your work and studies to another location. Applications are processed in accordance with Varke's (formerly ARA) resident selection guidelines, and the prerequisite is that the rent and other payments are up to date.
Applying is done electronically . By filling out the housing application and selecting the option “ I already live in a Settlement apartment, I am applying for a swap”, you can participate in the swap process. However, mutual swap arrangements between residents are not possible.
