Our building in Hervanta, Tampere, is almost ready for new residents to move in. Residents can settle into their new homes on October 1st.
Currently, finishing touches and final cleaning are being carried out in the building. The apartments are ready and merely awaiting their residents.
Many common areas still have floor protection to prevent damage. The resident lounge is almost complete, save for wallpapering. The communal sauna facilities for residents have been finished, and washing machines and tumble dryers have been installed in the laundry room.
In the communal courtyard of the block, the groundwork is nearing completion, and surface work is about to begin. A green roof has been installed on the stairwell leading from the yard to the parking facilities.
Applications for apartments are currently open. There will be a viewing at the building on August 13th from 4:30 PM to 5:00 PM, should you wish to see the progress firsthand. Read more
