A six-story rental building for all ages was completed in Jousenpuisto, Espoo, right next to the Urheilupuisto metro station, by December 2021. The building has a total of 73 apartments, 15 of which are for special groups.
Environment
Jousenpuisto is a new neighborhood adjacent to Tapiola, Espoo. The Urheilupuisto metro station is only 150 meters away. The Jousenpuisto area offers, among other things, a grocery store, a daycare center, and a primary school, as well as diverse sports facilities.
Tapiola’s extensive services, including a shopping center and health station, are only 2 kilometers or a two-minute metro ride away.
The area has excellent public transport. The Urheilupuisto metro station is right next door. Numerous bus lines run from Koivu-Mankkaan tie and Merituulentie.
The construction of the Jousenpuisto area is still ongoing, and construction work may cause disturbances to residents.

The building has staggered 4-6 floors. There are 73 apartments. Most apartments have a French balcony, while larger apartments have a full balcony. Each apartment includes a warm storage unit. In the community kitchen of the resident lounge, you can enjoy cooking and baking. The resident lounge also has a mezzanine on the second floor and a co-working space for working and studying.
The use of the laundry room and drying room is included in the rent. Common balconies are located on floors 3 and 4. On the 5th floor, there is a shared rooftop garden for residents, and on the 6th floor, two saunas with cooling balconies.
