The results of the Autumn 2025 employee engagement survey confirm that our staff’s engagement is at an excellent level. An employee engagement score of 4.3 (on a scale of 1–5) indicates that daily work is experienced as positive, smooth, and meaningful. This result demonstrates that a shared direction and leadership practices visible in daily operations support employee well-being.

We monitor well-being twice a year using Ilmarinen’s employee engagement survey, as staff well-being is a strategic priority for us. This autumn’s results clearly show the impact of our inclusive strategy work and the OKR model. Respondents feel that the organization has a clear direction and that their own work goals are understandable and motivating.

Work is considered meaningful, and the values of work and the community are perceived as aligned. Community is strongly evident in daily life, and respondents experienced the atmosphere as caring and interaction as positive, which supports psychological safety and enables open and constructive cooperation.

The results speak of a skilled and committed staff whose contribution is reflected daily in the quality of our work and the impact of our operations. We approach the new year with confidence and will continue our determined work to strengthen a thriving and communal daily work life.
