The three-telling block, formed by the three kerro story, offers affordable rental homes and a wide range of recreational opportunities for young adults, students and senior artists from the inner city of Helsinki.
Helsinki Kalasatama Ann will be completed in early 2020 for Ars Longa , Settlement Housing and NAL Housing three eight kerro rental houses, which provide reasonably priced housing and wide spaces for residents. The aim of the builders of the VieH123 block is the common everyday life of different generations and the living support for residents.
The Ars Longa Senior House, founded by the artists, will complete 56 rental apartments for senior designers, visual artists and writers. 81 apartments will be completed for Setlement Housing for students of the Deacon Polytechnic and NAL Housing has 77 apartments for young adults in the building.
The architectural designer of the building has been awarded Architects Architects Hannunkari & Mäkipaja Oy .
For residents of a fitness path, art and gym
common areas of the houses offer a wide range of recreation, meeting rooms and hobbies to residents. Residents have access to a gym, sauna facilities and work and exhibition facilities. The roof terrace builds a fitness path, a seating area and cultivation pools. There is a walking route inside the houses, with art.
Sharing common facilities between three houses enables residents to be cost -effectively more diverse services and hobbies.

The construction project, which began in June 2018, is now at the height of the ridge and on Monday, September 16, 2019, the workplace was celebrated at the site.
