Wishing you a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year! Here are a few tips for celebrating the holidays.

Our customer service will be closed on December 24-26, January 1, 2025, and January 6, 2025. For urgent fault reports (e.g., water leaks and door openings), please contact maintenance. You can find their phone number in the contact information.

If you are roasting a Christmas ham, please dispose of the cooled roasting fat either in mixed waste, perhaps in a milk carton, or in the biowaste bin absorbed in paper. Fat should not be poured down the drain, as it can cause blockages.

Candles and lanterns create a warm atmosphere, but please do not leave them burning unattended.

Now is a good time to check that your home’s smoke detectors are in working order.

Did you receive or wrap Christmas presents? Wrapping paper and ribbons belong in mixed waste.

Once Christmas is over, Christmas trees should be left outside the waste shelter.
