The Housing Coordinators Telephone Service is open on Mondays and Thursdays from 9am to 12pm. Calendarized house rounds will be abandoned and in the future the houses will be flexibly visited as needed.
Customer service is open from Monday to Thursday from 9am to 12pm and from 9am to 4pm on the first and last working day of the month. At the Sturenkatu office, we will continue to receive customers by appointment. Electronic services, such as property management requests and house emails, are used as usual. Contact requests, sauna shifts and parking lots, and key orders, please email.
The goal is to develop electronic services in the future in order to keep the business smoothly regardless of time. Because not everyone is accessible to digital services, we will continue to take into account the importance of telephone matters.
