Setlementtiasunnot organized the autumn CEO meeting for rental housing companies in the beautiful landscapes of Saariselkä on September 13th.
During the day, presentations were given on community at Setlementtiasunnot, life cycle management of properties, the benefits of outsourcing financial administration services and managing outsourced services, manager well-being, and the significance of building technology solutions in property energy efficiency.
– I have often been asked what has changed in my work as CEO since I switched companies. The basics have not changed – in a larger company, there are more experts, says Setlementtiasunnot’s CEO Suvi Tuomala.
