The walls of the washroom/WC are plastic/sheet metal, and the floor is plastic mat. Apartments have either a balcony or a French balcony. Each apartment includes a warm storage locker.
The apartments are accessible in accordance with building regulations. Notwithstanding the above, there may be material and equipment changes in the apartments.
