Setlementtiasunnot’s board convened in June 2025 in Tampere, in conjunction with a strategy day. During the day, extensive discussions were held regarding the company’s future direction and its significant social mission. Concurrently, the board’s composition and roles for the upcoming term were confirmed.
Eero Pentti continues as the Chairman of the Board, and Raimo Hätälä remains the Vice Chairman. Board members Jussi Kemppainen, along with tenant representatives Matti Siitonen and Antti Kuusiniemi, also continue in their roles.
Two new members appointed to the board
- Sannaleena Härkönen (from Auralan Setlementti) brings strong expertise in developing communality and the settlement movement. She has extensive experience in the social development of residential areas and strengthening participation.
- Raija Anjala, former CFO of Helsingin kaupungin asunnot (HEKA), brings solid ARA and financial expertise to the board. She has years of experience in non-profit rental housing and its operating models.
Together, the new board forms an expert and value-driven team that supports Setlementtiasunnot’s strategic goals: building communal neighborhoods, strengthening non-profit housing, and promoting inclusion.
The new board brings with it insights, experience, and above all, a heartfelt cause – housing that brings people together, not apart.
