A community-oriented Afrikanpiha building is under construction in Hervanta, Tampere, where residents can move in at the beginning of October. The area’s comprehensive services are easily accessible to residents, a short distance from home.
Hervanta is known for its urban character within the city. Duo Shopping Center’s grocery stores, restaurants, and specialty shops serve the area’s residents. The Trio Wellbeing Centre houses a library, health station, laboratory, maternity and child health clinic, and a youth centre. There are several schools and daycare centres in the immediate vicinity of the building.
Hervanta has efficient public transport connections to various parts of Tampere. Tram line 3 stops in front of the building, and the journey to Tampere city centre takes 18 minutes.
Applications for apartments begin on June 2nd.
