Maximum income limits will be introduced for tenant selection in state-subsidized ARA rental apartments starting from the beginning of 2025. Setlementtiasunnot’s apartments are ARA-subsidized apartments.
The income limits apply to the selection of new residents and apartment changes. Therefore, the income limits do not apply to residents already living with us, except in situations where an apartment is being changed.
Starting from the beginning of 2025
- The monthly income of a single-person household must not exceed 3,540 euros.
- If the household includes more than one adult aged 18 or over, the income limit will be increased by 2,480 euros for each additional adult.
- If the household includes children under 18, the income limit will be increased by 650 euros for the first child and by 600 euros for each subsequent child.
Income does not include, among other things, housing allowance, child benefit, alimony, child support, maternity grant, study grant, and informal care allowance.
