The comfort and disruption of your living is of paramount importance to us. Unfortunately, if you have a residential disorder in your house, we will intervene in all available means. The first step is to submit a written disorder notice.

You can submit housing disorder announcements electronically via resident pages starting June 25, 2024 . You can sign in to the residents' pages at Setlementtiasunnotiasuasi.etampuuri.fi .

You do not need to sign a disturbance notice separately, as logging in to the residents requires a strong authentication with a bank ID or a mobile certificate.

Do this

  1. Fill out the housing disorder notification on your computer or phone. A residential disorder announcement can also be found in the Document Bank of the Residents Pages. Note! If you fill the residential disorder notification with a mobile device, you will need a separate application (eg Adobe Acrobat Reader, which can be downloaded free of charge).
  2. Log in to the residents pages .
  3. Add a new message and select "Housing Disorder Notification" in the classification section.
  4. Insert the residential disorder report as an attachment.
  5. Send a message.

We will do our best within the legislation to end the housing disorder. In order to intervene, we need a written notice of residential disorder from at least two people living in different economies.

After the notifications, we will investigate the background of the case and contact the cause of the disturbance. We may give a note or a written warning depending on the quality of the disorder. Measures may not be taken if the disorder is minor and short -term. Settlement homes cannot tell neighbors to which the disruption has been taken.

We always handle disruption notifications confidentially. If the consequences of the notification are dealt with in court, the signatory may be called a witness.
