Our Jousenpuisto building, located in Espoo, has received RTS environmental certification. This certification is awarded to environmentally conscious building projects. The wall plaque commemorating this recognition was placed in a prominent position at the main entrance of the Jousenpuisto building.
The RTS environmental certification examines construction from a sustainable development perspective. When a building has received environmental certification, its energy consumption, waste management, construction methods, and material choices have been implemented in an environmentally friendly manner. The assessment takes into account Finnish conditions and legislation.

The RTS environmental certification is one of the ways we ensure that we implement properties in line with our values, says Real Estate Director Eemeli Lönnqvist from Setlementtiasunnot.
The RTS environmental certification is granted by the Building Information Foundation. The name of the certification recently changed to Building Information’s environmental certification.
